3. Present broken links, unloaded  images  or under construction.
   
   
4. Promote things as Warez or supply illegal contents to the general public.
   
   
5. Require the user to vote for the site, to sign the guestbook or to download some software to view the site.
   
   
6. Opens more than one pop-up window or forces the user to use CTRL+Alt+Down to exit.
   
   
7. Was created by webmasters under the age of 16 years old, because of COPPA regulation.
   
   
8. Disrespect the copyrights.
   
   
9. Disable the right mouse button or are password  protected sites.
   
   
10. With unloaded images, broken links or under construction.
    
    
11. Play music and don´t have an "off" feature and that have a flash intro and don´t show a link to skip.
